Anyone interested in joining other Payroll Professionals can become a member of the Rainier Chapter of Washington Payroll Professionals! Membership in the Rainier Chapter is available as an Individual Member:
Individual Membership
Yearly dues of $50.00.
Individual memberships are for individual persons, regardless of the individual’s employment organization. Should you change employers, your membership will follow you when you join another firm or company.
Being a member of the Rainier Chapter of Washington Payroll Professionals, you benefit from additional opportunities to promote the industry, help provide recognition for the work done by payroll professionals daily, or provide public service education on employment and payroll related issues are bountiful, for instance:

Networking Opportunities: Membership in the Rainier Chapter, and attendance at our monthly chapter meetings will provide many opportunities to meet other professionals in the Pacific Northwest and exchange ideas on a broad range of issues which may be impacting your organization or job functions.

Members of the Rainier Chapter can participate in the opportunity to join a study group which will prepare you for taking one or both of the PayrollOrg’s certifications: Fundamentals of Payroll Compliance (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) .

- Membership - where you could assist in maintaining and generating various ways to increase membership in the Rainier Chapter of Washington Payroll Professionals.
- Education - which has been instrumental in providing 80 Payroll Source books to chapter members at a substantial discount, or organize and facilitate Study Groups.
- National Payroll Week - where you could assist in the organizing the chapter’s National Payroll Week’s events and promotions!

Board of Directors: As a member of the Board, you could contribute to the success of the Rainier Chapter, by promoting chapter events/activities with local, state and national colleagues. Each board member provides a unique and integral opportunity to demonstrate the ever increasing significance payroll professionals play in this global economy.

Community Service Opportunities: Every year the Rainier Chapter participates in community service projects to gain exposure for the payroll industry and to give back to our community. Past chapter projects have included food drives for food banks in the Northwest as well as donation drives to provide professional apparel for job seeking homeless persons.
